It’s hard to buy a new home right now and we seemed to face every hurdle imaginable over the course of 7 months. We ended up switching realtors 3 times for various reasons and found Tom at an open house. There were several times I felt like throwing in the towel but he kept us motivated. I feel like we were relatively difficult buyers because we wanted different things and any time we found something we loved we would lose it due to being contingent. We ended up getting our dream home and Tom didn’t give up getting us to the finish line even though I was tired and temperamental and wanted to give up. Hi! My husband and I started exploring housing last year. After being told we wouldn’t qualify and started reaching out to real estate agents. In hopes we’d find a good lender. Turns out, after talking to Tom we did. His lender helped us- told us what my husband needed to fix 100%. We started this process with Tom in October. Now after being pre approved less then 2 weeks, we have made so much process When I was interviewing real estate agents. It was important for me, for someone who understood that while working and applying. We might get denied and told we need to fix things. And that it was very important our real estate agent knew this, and stayed with us. And here we are, he’s never left our side. He would check in with us. It was excitement finding out we got pre approved- and letting our real estate agent know. So we could house hunt. I would recommend him 10/10, if I could. He’s made this process very, very easy!
